Jiuzhou Electric announced at noon on the 22nd that the company signed two BT general contracting contracts on April 21st, with a total amount of 825.8327 million yuan, accounting for about 108.84% of the 2015 annual operating income.
 
According to the disclosure, the company and Daqing Times Huineng Wind Power Investment Co., Ltd. signed the "Daqing Dagang Wind Farm Project BT General Contract". Signed the "Daqing Pingqiao Wind Farm Project BT General Contract" with Daqing Century Ruineng Wind Power Investment Co., Ltd. The total contract price is 398,005,100 yuan, accounting for about 52.45% of the 2015 annual operating income. The project content and scale are 96MW and 32 sets of 3000kw wind turbines.
 
The announcement stated that the signing of this contract is in line with the company's future strategic development strategy and lays the foundation for the company's transformation to the energy Internet business. At the same time, it also plays a vital role in realizing the company's business plan in 2016, realizing the grid-connected power generation of new energy projects above 200MW, and signing new energy general contract contracts of more than 2 billion yuan.
