Qian Aimin, director of the company's technology center, told reporters that the groove form of the weld determines the quality of the weld, which ultimately determines the service life of the product. To this end, from mechanical design to product research and development, the company actively cooperates with East China Exploration and Design Institute, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing University of Science and Technology and other scientific research institutes to carry out industry-university-research cooperation. In addition, experts in the field of welding technology are invited to the factory for guidance from time to time throughout the year, and the one-time pass rate of welding seams is increased to more than 98%. Various precision deviations of other large steel components are also firmly controlled within the scope of national standards. On this basis, the company has also successfully developed ultra-thick plate welding technology, and the welding thickness of steel plates can reach 12 cm, which is a domestic leader.

 

If it is said that Haili Wind Power's product requirements in the past were based on strict market standards, now, improving the competitiveness of products through independent research and development has become a spontaneous demand of Haili. Since its establishment in 2009, Haili Wind Power has successively developed high-end steel structure components such as towers, jackets, monopiles, and wind measuring towers, forming a full range of 9 tower products ranging from 0.85 MW to 6 MW. Diversification is second to none in the country, meeting the different market needs of the wind power industry from land to sea, from hills to mountains, and from domestic to foreign. At present, the market share of offshore wind power equipment such as monopiles and jackets produced by the company is over 80%. With the expansion of market share, the company aims at overseas markets, and the 0.1 megawatt towers produced are exported to small-scale wind farms in Europe, with a sales output value of 11 million yuan.

 

Strict quality control and continuous innovation and research and development have injected a strong driving force into the transformation and upgrading of Haili's wind power market expansion process. At present, the company has built 200 acres of supporting offshore wind power production bases to ensure the transportation and assembly of offshore wind power equipment.
