The quota system is to put forward binding renewable energy power quota requirements through the three main bodies of power generation enterprises, power grid enterprises and local governments. That is, power generation enterprises are required to undertake the obligation of renewable energy generation, power grid companies are required to undertake the obligation to purchase electricity, and electricity consumers are required to use renewable energy to generate electricity, which is conducive to the installation, grid connection and consumption of new energy.
