The 800-ton jack-up wind power installation platform "Longyuan Zhenhua No. 2", the largest domestic wind power installation platform independently designed and built by Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry, was successfully launched (see photo). The platform has entered the world's first-class in terms of design, construction and operation efficiency. It has domestic independent intellectual property rights, and a number of core technologies have broken international monopoly, and have a major equipment support role for domestic wind power energy development.

The launch lasted 7 days. The successful launching of Zhenhua Heavy Industry's "Zhenhai No. 1" drilling platform has laid a solid technical foundation for this launch and improved the launching efficiency. The launching command team completed the loading of the wind power platform in only 2.5 hours. Scheduled 3 hours ahead.

"Longyuan Zhenhua No. 2" platform integrates fan transportation, hoisting, piling and installation. It has a full-rotation lifting capacity of 800 tons, and can operate at a depth of 30 meters underwater. It is the first to adopt advanced single-pipe pile construction technology. , 1 fan can be installed in 7 days, far ahead of the current domestic average installation cycle of 30 days. At the same time, with its advanced piling equipment and large-tonnage lifting capacity, it can install a maximum of 6 megawatts of high-power wind turbines, which has broad market prospects.
