The sound of firecrackers is accompanied by the festive atmosphere of the Chinese New Year, and we will step on the Avenue of Hope in 2018. However, the past 2017 was a particularly critical year in our development process. In the past year, we actively built a group-based organizational structure and implemented new management reforms, which demonstrated the company's determination and courage to transform into a modern enterprise; this year, We are down-to-earth and determined to move forward. The construction of Tongzhou Bay Offshore Wind Power Equipment Base and Xiaoyangkou Wind Power Home Port has been fully launched, taking an important step in the company's historic transformation and laying a solid foundation for the strategic layout of the three major bases in the future. In short, all the colleagues of the company have been fighting for the day and night, working hard and creating gratifying performance and achievements in the past year:

First, the market share of ancillary equipment for offshore wind farms is high. In 2017, Huaneng, Luneng, Longyuan and China Power Investment developed and constructed five wind farms in Jiangsu including Dafeng, Binhai, Dongtai and Rudong (totaling 1.4 million kilowatts). It provides high-quality wind turbine tower and pile foundation without any quality accident.

Second, new energy projects for photovoltaics and wind farms are off to a good start. First of all, the first project of Haiyu New Energy Company, "Nanjing Mint 3.5 MW Rooftop Photovoltaic Power Station" invested by Haili Wind Power has completed the project construction and realized grid-connected power generation; followed by Yangzhou Baoying Luduo 52.8 MW, Huaiyin Wucheng 44 MW project has been approved by the government; once again, Shanxi Fenyang 2 million kilowatt wind farm resources have 100 MW approved by the Shanxi provincial government, and we have carried out preliminary work such as wind measurement; Xinghua also has three Preliminary work has been carried out on 150 MW of wind farms, and it is expected that in 2018 our approved wind farm projects will reach 250 MW.

Third, the company's listing work is progressing in an orderly manner. At present, Haili has completed the acquisition of the same competing companies as Hailing and Haigong. All the preliminary work of the share reform has been completed. After the end of the share reform in February next year, the company will enter the tutoring period. If the progress is smooth, the company is expected to be listed in 2020.

Fourth, strengthen internal management to achieve predetermined results. This year, the company hired experts to set up the "2017 Enterprise Senior Management Training Course", and carried out special training for the company's senior management on the principle of "adhering to people-oriented, actively advocating independent management, insisting on implementation, and seeking practical results" to truly give full play to internal performance. Climb the high-end, build a more complete offshore wind power industry chain, seize the commanding heights of a new round of development, and strive to achieve sustainable development of the enterprise: first, accelerate the construction of Tongzhou Bay offshore wind power equipment base and Xiaoyangkou wind power home port; second, comprehensively expand The market structure of Haili Wind Power has accelerated the cooperation with Vestas of Denmark, the world's largest wind power main engine manufacturer. On the premise of improving the company's production and manufacturing level, it has produced wind power supporting products that meet international requirements and realize the development of wind power. The strategy of expanding the European and American markets overseas; the third is to speed up the layout of offshore wind power equipment bases in the Pearl River Delta, and complete the strategic goal of entering Guangdong as an offshore wind power supporting equipment manufacturing base.
